OPTIMUS: Actualidad en megafonía, alarma por voz e intercomunicación

The SMM-8QM equipment is a suitable waiting queue manager for supermarkets or shops in general with up to 8 customer-care places (boxes, counters, queries...). It has eight input contacts that activate, each of them, an audio output and a video output. The audio output plays a message stored on your computer and the video output a text on a background image, configurable from your computer's software, of the web type server. SMM-8QM is a fitting product to indicate to the first person in the queue what box or counter should go to, with the audio message played via speakers and with the image indicating the number of boxes displayed on a monitor.

The OPTIMUS public address and voice alarm systems COMPACT and OPTIMAX2 have an App, for both Android and iOS, which allows controlling different parameters and functions of the installation. With this App, the smartphone or tablet connects directly with the equipment without the need for intermediate servers and can, either in a hotel, shopping centre or transport station, select the music channel for an area, equalize it and adjust its volume, send a pre-recorded or live messages, monitor the system status or activate the emergency mode immediately. All with maximum security thanks to the user identification and the registration of the application.

Public address and voice alarm system, designed according to EN 54, composed of 500 W RMS class D amplifiers with six loudspeakers zones selection and microphonic desks for remote control of the system. NOVA system complies with the specifications of the EN 54 standard and monitors the power units, loudspeaker lines, microphones and pre-recorded messages. For more installation security the equipment can be looped, with a length of up to 600 m: if a cable is disconnected, the system does not stop and continues working.

Due to its careful aesthetics and good audio quality, the BS-30BHQ (black colour) or BS-30WHQ (white colour) loudspeaker is suitable for public address systems intended for music broadcasting and the broadcast of live or pre-recorded messages in shopping centres, hotels, exhibitions centres... It is a two-way loudspeaker, with 1" twitter and 5" mid/bass unit, with 30 W RMS power and up to 103 dB of maximum SPL. It can be used in low impedance installations (8 ohms) or high impedance 100 V line installations (with various powers available). Made of high impact polystyrene (HIPS), the loudspeaker is supplied with an adjustable bracket that allows it to be mounted on a wall or ceiling.

The public address system of one of the main universities of the Sultanate of Oman, the Buraimi University, has been made with the OPTIMUS compact amplifier A-8240X feeding ceiling speakers of 6" & 6 W RMS.

The PM-804A is a matrix mixer with 8 audio inputs and 4 audio outputs. The first four inputs have selectable sensitivity (microphone / line) and three band EQ, and the other four are with line sensitivity. All eight inputs are dynamically assignable to any output from the front panel, with individual volume and tone adjustment. In addition, the mixer can be remotely controlled from a four-zone microphone desk for live message delivery (PM-4Z), from wall-mounted controls that accept a microphone or line audio input (WP-1), or from pre-recorded message managers with zone selection and time control like SMM-8SA.
