Step 1: PRE-SALES
From the very first contact, our team of technical experts and sales professionals are on hand to provide bespoke advice. Whether through our extensive network of offices across Spain or our global distribution partners, we’re available to analyse your needs and offer the best solution. We’ll even visit your site if needed and conduct a detailed study to determine the most suitable option.
Step 2: PROJECT
Our specialist technicians work with the client’s plans, adding a new layer with optimal speaker points. We conduct acoustic studies to guarantee perfect sound coverage and intelligibility. We also provide customised connection diagrams to ensure a smooth and efficient installation.
Step 3: QUOTATION
We prepare a technical brief that consolidates all the necessary documentation, from user manuals to connection diagrams. A detailed list of equipment, including models, quantities, and prices, is provided. For more complex projects, we conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) at our factory to ensure everything is in perfect condition before the final installation.
Step 4: ON-SITE
During the installation phase, our technicians are available to advise and ensure everything is correctly set up. We assist with system commissioning, adjusting volumes and configuring settings as needed. We also provide end-user training to ensure they can manage the system efficiently.
Step 5: AFTER-SALES
At OPTIMUS, our commitment doesn’t end with installation. We offer extended warranties of up to five years and technical support for any queries. We also provide repair and maintenance services to ensure your equipment operates optimally over time.
