TWO-WAY SPEAKERS

Two-way speakers are designed to provide a good frequency response and are commonly used for quality music distribution (usually in the foreground, as is the case in some stores or bars).

  • Bass bandwidth below 100 Hz and treble bandwidth up to 20,000 Hz, with a flat response.
  • Models come in a wide variety of power ratings to suit any situation, with smaller ones under 15 W and larger cabinets of 200 and 300 W.
  • Models are available with or without a transformer (for high-power speakers) or with a low-impedance input available.
  • The aesthetics of this type of speaker are important due to the type of room in which they will be installed. The variety of designs, colors, and mounting options (wall, floor, or ceiling, surface-mounted, or recessed) is extensive.
  • They are complemented by subwoofers for low-frequency reinforcement.
  • Some models have directional speakers, or their parameters are controlled externally with audio processors (usually DSP).
  • These speakers are used in hotel lobbies with high ceilings, meeting rooms, auditoriums, aerobic rooms in gyms, large shopping malls, pubs and music bars, fashion stores, trade shows, etc.

Calculator - music bar or gym rooms

These types of venues are usually small or medium-sized rooms with low ceilings. In this case, the need is not to overcome the ambient noise of the space, but to offer a high sound pressure level (over 90 dB), so medium-to-high-power speakers will be used.

In the case of gym or aerobics rooms, the speakers will be installed on both sides of the monitor, facing the participants. Generally, they can be installed on one of the long walls of the room. The mounting height will be approximately 2 to 3 meters, with a distance between them of approximately 5 meters.
