The IP audio interfaces IF-722ETH and IF-704ETH models allow the connection of any type of power amplifier to a COMPACT system, facilitating the substitution, integration and/or extension of the public address system. With these interfaces is easy to add at any point in the data network the necessary power amplifiers or take advantage of the existing ones of an old Public Address (PA) system.
The IF-722ETH model incorporates two analogue audio inputs, configurable for music or for live messages (for audio sources and/or for local microphones) and two zone outputs (for two power units) with volume, bass and treble setup from the Call Point software (ref SCM-01). To make the most of its capacity it can be combined with the class D power amplifier model DA-500D2, with 2 channels of 500 W, although it is compatible with different models of power amplifiers.
The IF-704ETH model incorporates four zone outputs (for four power amplifiers) with volume, bass and treble setup from the Call Point software (ref SCM-01). To make the most of its capacity it can be combined with the class D power amplifier model DA-500D4, with 4 channels of 500 W, although it is compatible with different models of power amplifiers.
As additional features, common to all the equipment of the COMPACT series, the interfaces have redundant Ethernet connections and redundant primary (110 ~ 240 VAC) and secondary (24 V DC) power supply, reception of four simultaneous digital audio channels through IP connection, pre-recorded messages in a 16 GB store device, USB frontal input for music, communication bus for the connection of up to 16 noise sensors and/or zone microphone desks, reception of calls from VoIP digital phones using the SIP protocol, direct integration (XML &API/DLL) as well as supervision of loudspeaker lines, power amplifiers, power supply, input contacts, pre-recorded messages and the equipment itself.
This equipment can work stand-alone, connected to the data network to receive notifications from IP microphone desks or from SIP telephones, and also be part of larger systems composed of a maximum of 20 cores type A (with the IF-7 interfaces), type B (with the COMPACT modular audio matrices certified EN 54) and/or type C (with the modular amplifiers IF-7P).
The renewal of the range of wireless microphones starts with two headset models, lightweight for freedom of movement and great comfort thanks to its ergonomic design; the MI-MDU16 with cardioid polar diagram and suitable for all kinds of uses and the double ear-hook MI-MAU16, ominidirectional, with a specific design for aerobic. The two models stand out for the high quality voice pickup, noise isolation and high gain before feedback. Connected to the included bodypack transmitter, they become wireless microphones.
Main features of the wireless microphone system
3" ceiling speaker with 6 W maximum power (selectable at 6, 3 and 1.5 W), for 100 V line, with metal cover and thermal fuse for public address and voice alarm systems (with certificate EN-54 24). It only needs a hole 86 mm in diameter for its recessed installation, with fast anchorage to the ceiling by means of an automatic spring mechanism. Due to its good response in frequency, this speaker is used to distribute music with quality and voice with high intelligibility, while its small size, with a grid of only 104 mm, allows its unobtrusive installation in any false ceiling.
The equipment IF-7P4ETH/0 is an audio interface for the COMPACT series with IP connection and four spaces for inserting power modules (from MP-WD1 series, with powers of 120, 150, 250, 300 and 460 W). It has four local analog program/priority audio inputs, with configurable sensitivity, and receives up to 4 simultaneous IP audio channels through the Ethernet double link. Each output zone has connections for A/B speakers lines and input for back-up amplifier. Includes DSP and supervision. With the expansion equipment IF-7P4/0E the capacity is extended to 44 power modules, as it is possible to connect up to 10 units to the IF-7P4ETH/0. In addition, as an element in a network, it can be linked via Ethernet with up to 19 more devices, whether they are COMPACT audio modular arrays or IF audio interfaces, with or without power, and receive all calls from global microphone desktops, control computers or the SIP telephony.
OPTIMUS expands the range of its C-600A acoustic columns series with the addition of the largest and most powerful model, with 985 mm height, 60 W of RMS power, 111 dB of maximum SPL and 12 x 2,5" speakers to increase the directionality of the set. It is a suitable column for spaces with high reverberation such as churches or large lobbies. It is made of white aluminum, can be installed both indoors and outdoors and includes a metal support that allows you to vary the angle of the column and to better cover the audience..
The high-power point-to-point intercom system consists of the central unit (MP-C1) and the substation, either of the desktop type (MP-A1) or for ceiling (MP-A254). It is also possible to use any low impedance loudspeaker (from 8 to 16 ohm) as a substation and add an external call button; for example, in industrial or marine environments -boats, ports, beaches- it would be appropriate to use an exponential speaker that would also act as a microphone capturing the sound of its surroundings to transmit it to the central. The power provided by the central unit (up to 6 W) generates a high SPL in the intercom and allows its use in noisy environments. The distance between the master station and the substation can be more than 500 m with the correct cable.
