OPTIMUS intercommunication in the Penitentiary Center of Logroño
The nine modules of the prison of Logroño have been equipped with an intercommunication of the SMC series by OPTIMUS, which facilitates communication between the intercoms in the cells and the master stations, the transfer of control to a central master station and the registration of hours of call, start and end of conversation, etc ... In the SMC system the transmission of data and audio is done by a cable with only 5 wires to which the master stations and intercoms are connected in a flexible way, in bus, in star or hybrid way. In total some 250 anti-vandal intercoms of the EP-305 models and the new EP-405 (more robust, with 3 mm metal front, torx screws, stainless steel pushbutton, loudspeaker protection metal grille ...) have been installed and 10 master stations, 8 of model CC-123F and 2 of the model with tactile screen and historical record CC-142F.
