PUBLIC ADDRESS FOR THE THIRTY-TWO BUILDINGS. Vicenza (Italy). In Vicenza (Northern Italy) is located one of the most important US military bases in Europe. The public address and Voice alarm relies on an OPTIMAX  system. Each one of the 23 buildings in the base is equipped with a complete PA system, remotely controlled from the central equipment. Due to its large dimensions, a large number of speakers have been installed at the military base, approximately 3000 sound points.
