La Torre Outlet Zaragoza is a shopping center located in the old facilities of the PIKOLIN factory. The complex pays tribute to the industrial architecture of the mid-20th century, with commercial premises whose front facades emulate different aesthetics and industrial-looking typologies, as a reminder of the old factories on which they are built, and with open-air corridors that invite visitors to live a different experience than usual in this type of facility. Next to this commercial area there are 6 buildings that house 8 cinemas and restaurants, with a total of 13,500 m² for fashion and sports, 9,500 m² for leisure and 5,500 m² for restaurants. The public address and voice alarm system has been solved with a decentralized COMPACT system, with audio matrices in each building, 15,000 W of power installed, control from public address servers (computers) and DC-700ETH microphone consoles, and a total of 30 independent audio outputs subdivided into 126 speaker zones. The sound points, more than 300, are of various types, ceiling ones for corridors and common areas, two-way speakers for larger spaces and wideband acoustic projectors for outdoor areas. Both the control system and the loudspeakers are EN 54 certified.
