ON SITE

When it is necessary to visit the site, the technical-sales team from OPTIMUS will be on hand to advise you on the best solution based on the characteristics of the space and the specific requirements of the installation.
DEFINITION

For every need there is a solution which is defined following thorough study of both the special technical features and the budget, selecting the best option from the wide range of products and systems offered by OPTIMUS.
PROJECT STAGE
DRAWINGS & CAD

The technical staff from OPTIMUS will study the drawings provided by the client and add a new layer including sound outlets after determining the optimum locations for them based on technical and economic criteria.
ACOUSTIC STUDIES

The design of any PA system needs to ensure intelligibility and acoustic coverage. OPTIMUS uses acoustic studies to verify the proper selection and arrangement of sound outlets using the architectural information provided by the client.
CONNECTIONS

The documentation that comes with the PA equipment includes wiring diagrams. OPTIMUS also provides custom wiring layouts for cabinet-mounted systems (racks) or upon request for any system.
OFFER
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

The complexity of PA systems requires a large amount of documentation, from the explanation of features and user manuals to wiring diagrams or the acoustic study. OPTIMUS compiles this information in a single document: the technical specifications.
LIST OF EQUIPMENT

The end result of work done in the pre-sales and project phases is converted into a detailed list of models, quantities and prices that OPTIMUS proposes to the client as the best option.
FACTORY ACCEPTANCE TEST

The complexity of some systems makes it advisable to carry out prior tests at the OPTIMUS factory; these tests significantly reduce the time and cost of on-site installation and commissioning work.
ON-SITE
INSTALLATION

Site planning is an important step towards ensuring the proper installation of the equipment, the absence of errors and the swift commissioning of the system. OPTIMUS staff will advise you, on-site if required, at this stage.
COMMISSIONING

Volume adjustment, priority settings, programming of parameters, etc. Although all the equipment may be connected, often expert advice is needed to ensure that the installation is in good order. Consult OPTIMUS for different options for a perfect working installation.
TRAINING

After installing the equipment, it is sometimes necessary to train the end users (security staff, box offices or toll booths, for example). OPTIMUS offers quick training courses in the use of its products for both the client and the centre.
AFTER-SALES
WARRANTY

OPTIMUS offers the possibility of extending the term of the statutory warranty to 3, 4 or 5 years in order to reduce risks, for example in large infrastructure projects, which usually have very long execution times.
ASSISTANCE

To answer any questions about the operation of an OPTIMUS system, you can contact our technical-sales department, who will be able to provide you with explanations and all the necessary information.
REPAIRS

Ask us about the best option for your faulty equipment. Depending on the type of product, its age and installation, OPTIMUS will advise you on repairs at the factory, on-site, temporary or permanent replacement or the assistance of an authorised Technical Assistance Service, etc.
